To My Family,
I never thought I'd be writing a letter like this...
Many want to see peace again,
People are tired of losing loved ones and friends...
Boys and girls grow up with dreams,
Some want to be doctors, cops, and queens...
This nation I live in means something great to me...
I stand steady as I hear a fellow solider being...
I draw my gun and get the trigger ready to be...
Where villains appear,
Someone extraordinary is always near...
Oh don't you color my voice with colors of ivy
Imprisoning me in my own room...
Deep in the desert, dead and cast away
Where innocence is buried, in sand...
Tonight theres no gunfire
no screaming no pain the sodliers who died know...
I want to write, but the words won't come.
I want to write about all these feelings that has...
Telltale signs of a miserable desperation;
Javelins shaped with sharp tips at both ends...
