We always complain about what we don't have and how hard our lives are. But to be honest most of us don't realize how good we have it. Do we really ever place ourselves in someone else's shoes or remain forever as we are?

This life that we live isn't perfect. We've struggled time and time again. We've lost so much and yet we still go on.

Time after time, children have been told that sticks and stones may break their bones but words will never hurt them. And by now we should all know that is a lie. Words can be a powerful weapon that destroy the mind and wound the soul.

Our past is part of what makes us who we are but it is how we learn from it and use our experiences to guide our future that makes us who we are to become.

Believe in yourself and all that you are. Know that there is something inside you that is greater than any obstacle.
