Thoughts on my mind

If I care too much I am broken
If I don't care I feel unloved
If I give care to others only they feel beloved.

They may not care I'm broken
They might just pity me
Or maybe I'm just soaking
In my own deep empathy

Why can't others know?
Do they even understand
That life itself is sometimes... not so grand

Or maybe its just me
The person in between
Who watches life like it is a scene.
