Never felt so lost

Never felt so lost and alone...

as my heart begins to break...

all i am...

is all my mistakes...

tried to keep a couple promises...

but all efforts were in vain...

for though i try to smile...

you can see my pain...

sometimes i wish...

just lay down and close my eyes...

that there would be some one there...

someone to hear my cries...

i know im not alone...

but faith is not so everlasting...

and i wonder if He can hear my prayer...

my case, my wish...

please make me good enough...

so i will better serve You when i finish...

i want to be better, You see...

a good child, a good friend...

but my past holds me here...

right to my bitter end...

so, God, please make me...

all i lack...

please give me strength...

and not look back...
