Alone this child..

by Kristina Eby   May 18, 2004

Alone this child sits with fright
waiting for the day she will again see light
Alone this child is crying
she fights to be noticed unaware of how hard she is trying
he walks right by her as if she wasn't even alive
he doesn't know how hard she really crys
Alone this child's heart is braking in two
Afraid she wont be able to put it back together with glue
Alone this child looks down
waiting for the day she will not have to wear a frown
Her life is being shadowed by a nightmare
nothing happening seems fair
she takes her last look deeply into his eyes
hes not aware that this is his last try
alone this child takes a pen
ending her life without a friend
so young so clueless she decides to leave
on the wall he reads resting in peace...
