Race

by HidinVictim   Feb 8, 2008

Pretty persona,
Smile in your face
In her mind,
There's a race,
How long will it take, him
To remember her name?
Her face fades
Pick up a blade,
A monster was made
Listen... Footsteps fade
Never to forget that name
It's been engraved
Hate can't be sent your way
So she lays,
Hating who she is, and
Everything she's made
Her mouth fades
Behind the tape.
This is her race,
Tears of lace,
There goes your voice...
In her head theres a trace
She's letting you loose
As she's tyeing her noose.
Pretty persona
Smile in your face
In her mind,
There's a race,
How long will it take
To get first place?

I have writers block so bad right now, so this piece sounds really forced to me but please tell me what you think.
