Salt in a reopened wound

by viraz vitalia   Feb 9, 2008

A gash made across my healing heart
An old wound now opened up again
I thought about you and her together
And it cut into me deep
Deeper now cause I thought I was over you
But a subconcious thought awakens me
It forces my eyes to see the truth
And throws salt into the reopened incision
I have not slept since that night
For fear of those thoughts
But these thoughts now haunt me
Subconciously and conciously
