Tattoo

Embedded markings,
A name written in my skin,
Memories I've been holding,
Memories I can't throw in the garbage bin!

A carved-out scar,
Leaving me to endure,
Crying like the sound of an electric guitar,
Can't you see you're my only cure?!

Implanted dreams,
Going in a rewind in my head,
Hear my unheardable screams!
I've been haunted by everything you said!

Printed words that you used to say,
Still hanging around in my room,
Reading it saddens my day,
Someday I'll bring it in my tomb...

Engraved feelings in my heart,
For longest time it's still you!
In my life you've been a big part,
Unforgettable and unerasable like a TATTOO!

    Flows and rhymes wonderfully...Sad memories carved like a tattoo in your heart are rather permanent and wont go away juz like daT..A very powerful emotion was portrayed as if it can never be healed again..Words choice were perfect and supportive for the title and poem's objective..
