Atmosphere

by Johnny Mac   Feb 10, 2008

How does the moon choose its star?
You can try, you can lie but you won't get far
I'd meet you anywhere, if you'd tell me where you are
I'm waiting in your galaxy in a run down bar

Your eyes are dark
Hope soon you'll see clear
To me your a falling star
A flaw in my atmosphere

Maybe I should hate your for this
For all the days we'll miss
For all the sunsets you'll never come
I should hate you, for being my only one

You stand out like the moon
I'm one star in a tomb
Dreaming memories of you
As I sleep all afternoon
