I start to wonder
why do i love you
when its impossible
to ever be together
in any way
in any form
we were destined
to be together forever
but somehow
too many obstacles lie in our path
everytime i look into your eyes
you bring me a smile
just being with you
makes me feel like im on cloud 9
i always dreamed
of strolling down the beach at sunset
and have a romantic dinner by candelight
id love to go out with you
if you ever ask
i start to live in a world of darkness
as you walk farther and farther away
you say that you love me
but do you really?
is that the phrase that you pass
on to every other girl you see?
i love you but i never had the chance
to tell you how i felt
its too late now.
i kind of accept the fact that we'll never be together
all i want to know is
did you ever truly love me?
