I Keep a Razor in My Pocket

I keep a razor in my pocket
I keep it just in case,
I need to take a break from life
And make the pain erase

It doesn't last forever though
That's the worst part
Because I'd rather hurt my arms
Than feel it in my heart

I'd rather let me bleed
Then let darkness in my head
I'd rather just forget
Then keep wishing I was dead

You could say I cut to live
I cut so I won't cry
I cut so I don't care
Whether or not I die

I keep a razor in my pocket
I keep it there to hide
I keep it there to save myself
From commiting suicide.
