Untitled (for now)

When we first met, I felt we had a connection,
It's if our hearts beat in the same direction.
We spent the next few years thinking everything was great,
and we finally decided to set a date.
A few more years passed by,
and we are still by each others side.
And then out of nowhere our world starts to fall apart,
and we question what is in our heart.
Is there someone else in your life,
am I not happy being your wife.
We stopped talking and going out,
and we don't know what that's all about.
Now all we do is fight,
and can't stand being in each others sight.
So where do we go from here,
when a broken heart is what we fear.
What more can we do, what more can we say,
but to just go on our seperate way.
I'll never forget you and your love,
for it was a special gift from above.
I hoped we would've never had to say good-bye,
and I will always wonder why.

Never take advantage of your one and only,
for you too will sone be lonely.
