Her heart beats coldly
Mascara runs black
Reality is sinking
He's not coming back

He left her behind
Gone for good
She can't move on
But knows she should

Forever ends too soon
Hearts barely beat
Left only with sorrow
Lonely in defeat

Memories spin webs
She's lost in flash
Tears fall down steady
Love doesn't last

Green eyes haunting
Whispering slow
She tries to hide it
But tears always show

Sitting all alone
Lost in her mind
Crying softly
As she remembers the times

Laughing at the stupid stuff
Kissing in the rain
Crying cause she misses him
Nothing's the same

Their first touch
First hug, first kiss
Her heart is breaking
"Don't end it like this."

It hurts to cry
But the tears fall
She wasn't as strong
As she thought after all
