IMAGINE

by katie T Scott   Feb 14, 2008

Imagine a world in a test tube,
So complex, yet impossibly fragile.
In a bubble the size of the galaxy
And every particle the size of a mile.

Imagine a world as flat your palm,
With stars that circle around,
With places that are still undiscovered
And lost worlds sunk beneath the ground.

Imagine a world in a day dream,
Where deja vu is just a recording
And all the lines that you recite,
Happen the same just the next morning.

Imagine a world that's invisible,
Where people are flying up high.
Over golden clouds with golden gates
That cover the entire sky

Then What of a world in disaster.
Full of war, greed and corruption.
And with all the power they claim to possess.
They fight for their own destruction.

ROCK ON! This is very good. Very deep! The only thing I would say is to be careful with rhyme schemes. In most of these you made it work-but it's supposed to look effortless (which it mostly was) but in some lines it wasn't. Awesome though!

    Party on!
