Simple, cute and so effective. Only one little thing that I thought might make it that little bit better:

"That I will keep loving you."

Maybe adding a word in here would make the syllables make more sense e.g. "That I will keep on loving you."

But overall I love this, I wish I could do such a good job of saying so much in so few words. 5/5 from me,
