I look at the stars
with a soul far away
i look at the stars
this time we must pray

but a feeling comes to me
so tender and meek
it's a feeling of joy or to be upbeat

but what can it be
it's a heartening feeling
just like you and me

so it's the sign of love
it has my heart pounding
like a free flying bird
so it must be you
it must be me
it must be the love that we have in between
