The little things

by StandStill   Feb 17, 2008

There is just this certain thing about you
the little things you do
that drag me over, wanting to sit by you
the way that when you touch me
ever so light
it makes my heart leap into flight
the way you laugh when im being stupid
like the time i told you about magupid
the way your hair twirls
just so in your face
so light are those curls
the way you taught me how to play
in the middle of a summer day
the way you give me little hi-fives
protect me from the stupid beehives
the way you smile ever so
when you've caught me, when you know
the way you feel when lying in the grass
god, how we've grown up so fast
the way you used to throw
rocks at me, just for the show
the way the light sparkles in your eyes
when you think of sunrise
the way your not with me, but her
i wish that this was some error
babe, it's the little things you do
that made me fall in love with you
