Black and Green

by Shannon   Feb 17, 2008

His eyes so green, they sparkle
His hair so black, its night
That scar is so peculiar
You keep it out of sight.

I know sometimes it pains you
As, of course, does your past
But you have friends that love you
That love will always last.

You lost them and I know your sad
You probably always will be
Just keep them in your heart and mind
And you, they'll always see.

Then he was like your father
He made you feel at home
You loved him with all your might
Now he is left to roam.

Then you lost your mentor
And a very special friend
It was so sad and horrific
How he met his end.

You wandered thought that year
With not a lot to say
Then you had to go back
To finish the day.

You hated him, he had black hair
You thought he was spiteful
But you watched him get killed
It must have been frightful.

He had loved your mother
Loved her till the end
Do you wish, that more
With him your should spend.

Fred died, and I'm sorry
He was like your brother
I wonder how George is
For he is the other.

You lost some special people
In that very nasty battle
The Death Eaters just killed
As if people were cattle.

And as you walked you saw her
Sitting with a girl
Comforting the injured
While the wind doth twirl.

She looked up but can't see you
You want to stay with her
But you must move forward
To end with a blur.

You walk into the forest
And take death with open arms
No more people ever
will come to any harm.

But you did not die
And you had to pretend you did
People crying over you
Then you went and hid.

You rodded the world of evil
And your fame grows ever more
No more people
Will collapse to the floor.

Nineteen years later
You have a wife and three kids.
One called Albs Severus
What a name I bid.

Your friends are still there
They are married and you love it
Teddy is grown up now
A right little kit.

He goes out with Victory
And ever thing has worked
Your life is now so simple
Everything had puked.

His green eyes they sparkle
Man, he's such a spotter
Everyone congratulate
The great Harry Potter/
