Hey there, beautiful,
you're a dream come true.
Don't you tell anyone,
but each day I breathe for you.

And you're an obsession,
taking over my mind.
Without you, I'm hopeless.
Without you, I am blind.

If everything else was gone,
I'd smile just for you.
I would fight the world for you,
just say you love me too.

'Cuz dear gorgeous,
you're more perfect then the skies.
I love you forever,
I love you 'till I die.

And if you're going to walk away,
just promise you won't forget,
I love you,
you are the reason that I live.

    This is a great poem. i love how there is an innocence about that makes it very light and happy but at the same time lightly dark. great job!

    I loved this poem as well! You could tell that there was a lot of emotion, very strong. Every stanza was well done, but I thought the ending could be a bit stronger... it seemed to weaken the last stanza. The rest flowed and rhymed really well!

    Lovely, and i like the way it's both so heart-felt and animated, from the very beginning and that is what makes it different of many others 'typical' love poems, this one is so full of life
    i mean i read some of your poems and they seemed kinda dark, and i think u need a lot of talent to write such "light" poems as well as dark
