Lynn

by Matt   Feb 19, 2008

My best friend Lynn needs to feel again
Too many sins with men she can't mend her vents
I tend to my friend and as a friend she's a ten
I just wish she would blend good decisions in her life
A wife she was once but made all the dough
had a kid and got bored to the bar she would go to get bored in her holes (that's different definitions of bored so stay close to my rhyme as it comes to a close).
What hurts the most is not the jokes we make about being more jaded than most
Its the fact that were closer than butter on toast yet I can't find the words that I want to say most
I love her until ghosts take my memory of lost-girl sitting there tossed sauced and most would be hostile but not me, I just remain quiet, quietly scribbling in my journal.
