A mans honor

by CassandraXVeronicaXONealaXLawson   Feb 20, 2008

A brilliant mans honor
forever i shall hold
he fought for the Americans
he stood until he could stand no more
he hung the flag high upon the pole
everyday he raised it
every night he sheltered it from the cold
he was old there was no dought
but his spirit never ran out
he loved this country and this land
he didn't care about the presidents plan
he fought for his wife her kids and so on
but now he's gone
America will always remember you
