They set you up an "American Prisoner"

by don mohr   Feb 21, 2008

The tall walls glisten with new paint in our new home,
with a touch of color in each room, this can be a
new beginning, rekindling an old relationship.
We are different from the flock that gazes-
they are not warm feeling, and have hearts that are
dark and Scandinavian-
Scandalous and shrewd with their beckon call-they fear
the wraith of one and all-Without a religion, they steep
deep inside, and unlock their savings to bury real pride.
This day was a joyous time, and to a higher power I
thank, that we weren't part of a devious plan to be
set-up for felony crime-and sold as "slaves" to the
highest willing to pay.
A song I can hear, but a frill faggish voice-a man
pretending to be my adversary, but probably wants a
toy.
Unhurt and unyielded-no friends I have but Her, We are the
envy of many now, especially those that can't hurt.
I thought that my kids, but the secret was this-
Mind your business or swim with the fish.

In a way, yes. I was trying to define the
feeling of a military veteran stuck at home
fearful of the outside world. Thanks Tim

Sorry man, but this is real difficult to understand. I really can not tell, is it about a prisoner of war?
