Secrets of life

by cHeAtInG dEaTh Nd sTrIpPeD dOmNiQuE   Feb 22, 2008

Silently listening to my prayer while I held my hands together,
The days when were so shorter and nights always so long,
Mornings came slowly as the eyes searched for her everywhere,
Stuffing our self with food and drinks to carry us all through the day,
Waiting for the night to come so that we could listen to the stories,
Finding the sun as exciting as much as we splashed in the rains,
One figure always stayed above me shadowing me always,
The big hands in which my small hands always landed up in the end,
The eyes which smiled as much they got angry but always smooth when I was near,
My dear old lady making me eat making my bed making my diaries,
One by one so many stories each day so many smiles so many games,
Lost somewhere in my adolescence lost when I thought I was old,
Running around trying to find out more about the magic of those days,
The secrets of my childhood secret to happiness the only heaven on earth
