Well it was a good poem, I have some suggestions though.

I think to improve this you should organize the structure, capitalize the I's. :)

And if you want someone to suggest you a title well.. here's my suggestion xD
"You'll Still Be Far Away From me"
^^ using the last line as the title is effective - in my opinion.
