Wow...
This is so beautiful yet endlessly sad. Excellently written poem, deep and truly touching from the beginning to the end. Every stanza is simply wonderful, filled with sincerity and fantastically created, vivid imagery.
I can relate to this poem in a way which made it even more powerful from me.

My favorite stanza is:

- I used to notice the dew-kissed grass,
the joy in a little girl's toothless grin
when a dog licked her face and she'd laugh-
but that was way back then.-

Bravo, amazing poem, it posses some great inner beauty and you wrote it with such elegance.
I really enjoyed in every stanza and I think that each line has amount of your emotions which is good.

This is just my personal opinion, but I don't like repetition of this line too much, the tone that you created with it is excellent but I don't like the construction of that line.

Ending is very deep. This poem posses some simplicity but it is still great.

That was awsome!! taking the time to think on each verse, i could think of a situation where i felt the very same way. a simple poem with great meaning. i loved it!!
