I Walk Alone

by Coldstone   Feb 23, 2008

I walk alone
The dark deserted streets, the deadly silence
Fragments of my soul moan
I walk alone

The people i cared so much about
The people i never tried to hurt
Through the downs of life left me to groan
I walk alone

As a goodbye gift thay gave me
Punishments for crimes i didn't commit
I wanted to protest but i let them go on
Now i walk alone

The only thing in life i wasn't prepared for
Deception and deceit took me offguard
offbalance i fall, thanx to the con
I still walk alone

Broken by the betrayal
Lacking the necessary paraphernalia of life
Instead of a heart now beats a stone
I walk alone
