Way all the drama when it was you who turned away
you gave up the best years of your life to hear him say he'll stay
look at you now,what is left
nothing but heartbreak,betrayal and mess
soon enough you'll realize more and more
he was always pushing you further to wards the door
he wanted you to leave but didn't have the heart
to tell you how it would be from the very start
i know how much you love him so......
i guess I'm one thing you'll just have to let go.........
this poem was dedicated to my friend as she went through pain and suffering in a relationship that lasted for 17 months.....keep ya head up girl you know who you are.......
