Time to let go

It's been a while since I cried myself to sleep
Now im finding that I can not stop these tears
I'm reliving all our memories
Wishing I could go back to those years

Why can't I erase you!
Let my heart once again be free
Feels like i'm going to be stuck here forever
Wishing that you were back here with me

I know everyone says time will make the pain a little less
But it does not seem to be fading anywhere fast
I'm spending all my days and nights
Wishing I could live in our past

Learning to let go is something that
Seems to be the hardest lesson to go through
But I guess the only thing I can say
Is that I was lucky to fall in love with you.
