It's been ages since I wrote a poem,
Or dared to speak it's name,
Because there's so many things that can be untangled and revealed in the words of a poem.
Such as life,feeling's,
The hidden from the back of the mind,
or the depth of the soul,
Live up to there names in the words of a poem,
Take Love for example,
A four letter word that's so powerful.
Now take the word You,
in Love you can see the power,
you can't in YOU.
Yet hidden tangled in the curves of the handwriting,
there's alot you can't see.
In a letter,
if there's tears on the paper,
you know they've been crying,
their sad.
Or if there's lipstick kisses you know they care.
But if there's a poem on a blank piece of paper with no trace of emotion.
You know where it's hidden,
In there.
