Disease of Young Ones (Double Acrostic)

by DBM   Feb 26, 2008

*I went with a different form of Acrostic. It's not quite double, but it's not single. I'll call it... Double-ended Acrostic?*

Disease of Young Ones

Disease hangs heavilY
In the minds of this zoO
Seeing me, seeing yoU
Eyes finger our paper crowN
Anger takes flight, fresh, younG
Songs in silence gifted tO
Everyone willing to listeN
Only, to hear, no one is therE
For night hangs low on the Chosen oneS

*It looks much better with Justified indentation, but oh well :)

That's a really good double-ended acrostic (lol), and the poem had plent of emotion. I'm impressed. 5/5 *Check out my acrostic for soldiers*
