waiting,
silently,
without speaking a word,
just waiting,
thinking that everything will be fine
just like the push of a button,
but, where is the button?
I thought I had control,
but through all of this
I lost the button,
so, I am stuck in the dark,
waiting,
silently,
just waiting for someone to come along
and help me find the button,
so I can be free,
free from the darkness,
free from sadness and depression,
free from anger and jealousy
free from heart achs,
but, I am still stuck in the dark
waiting,
silently,
hoping,
for someone to come save me...
