The Harder You'll Fall

by kristen 1833   May 19, 2004

This doesn't rhyme like most of mine, but, oh well

Did you ever think you loved someone so much
That you feel like you could cry
And not even a sad or happy cry
Just for no reason at all
Then seeing them where ever you go
And looking at them like you never seen them before in your life
And falling head-over-heels for them all over again
Feeling yourself melt when you talk to them or even about them
And it hurts knowing that everyone around you knows how you feel
Except that one person you want to know the most
And you just want to run to them and jump in their arms and never be put back down
You want to scream to everyone, especally to that person, how much you love them
And you could never believe that anyone knows exactly how you feel
Because this feeling is so new, so real
And no one could be happier than you are
But you can't explain it because there are no words
Only your feelings.. Only them..
But the most painful part of the whole thing
Is the fact that you think they shall never love you like you love them
Not even close
And it hurts not knowing what to think
What they think about you
And knowing you could probly never have them
Then all you want to do
Is forget and move on
But you can't
And the higher your heart had been lifted by your happiness
Is the harder it's going to fall
Your heart feels like it has just died
And for that long, painful moment
It does..
