When your spirit for life

is broken into

you look to the heavens

for answers and clues

When your heart is aching

and your soul is blue

you pray to jesus

for the peace you once knew

When your house is empty

and the silence is to loud

you curl up and cry

to the Lord, oh so loud

When your crys our heard

by our Lord in the sky

we feel peace for a moment

and feel good inside

When your spirit is longing

and there is know one there

the Lord is waiting
