Very good, I liked the imagery and the passion you put into it. You had some nice vocab there and the lines flowed with each other. Although I think you made a mistake in this line;

Even thought you promised me forever

It should be Even though you promised me forever. But good job 5/5

Oh this was so heartbreaking beautiful! Once I read the title, I knew I would love this poem and it truly blew me away. The flow was flawless and the words you used were just perfect and fit everything nicely.
