Divine Guidance

A broken picture of a thousand words
A lost memory never to be brought back
A pain so sharp as hundred swords
All pointing on the qualities I lack

Loneliness inside resides with no fear
So called friends are no longer there
Solitude reaching all who're near
A feeling so painful to bare

Warmth of love and care will not show
No illuminious glow, no guiding light
Whether dead or alive, I should know
For my own sake, should I fight?

Pointless life is not my goal
Seeking a true meaning
A person whom I can love with my soul
Now I'm imprisoned without a feeling

What do you say, my angel, do you agree?
Is it my time to fly high above?
To leave all the pain I can no longer see
Or should I adopt some feelings of love?

With an innocent face expressing sorrow
"You shouldn't commit the unholy trade
Don't give up on the world of tomorrow"

My angel might be right, I assume
Maybe my heart is not so weak
If love isn't in this world, I have to presume
That the same angel has the love I seek
