Long gone is the sun

The sunrise is gone from my world only a black whole remains
the devil broke my heart
an angel isn't even strong enough to mend
i see only darkness because i failed to know
where to go now im on my knees pryaing
for the sun to rise again
and bring my true love back to me.
but i fear the sun is long gone from here
