Confessions of a hearbreaker

It sucks to be a heartbreaker
can't you see?
i suppose you're blind
to the pain it causes me.

every time
i break a heart
i can feel myself
falling apart

and when i get
on a roll
breaking hearts
takes its toll

i can feel the pain
that i create
when i take your heart from you
hold it hostage, negotiate

so when a person
throws to me
a beautiful heart
lovely as can be

more often
than not
i accidentally drop it
as though it were a potato that was hot

so im sorry
if i cannot catch
the heart you throw
i am but a useless wretch

so please
forgive me
heartbreaker
is not something easy to be

im sorry to everyone whose hearts are broken because of me. butterfly kisses and bear hugz

    I love it! It is hard to catch hearts and help them down easily, and more often than not, you think you set them down gently just to find you've dropped them from really high up. So don't worry it's not only you, and an accidental heart breaker is better than an intentional one. Very good poem, 5/5

    It relates.. its like i can actualyl feel the pain i cause other ppl and it feels horrible.. hmm it was a great right i loved it.. 5/5 where to begin? no.. its not easy to be a heart breaker. hmm it hurts just as much beautiful write loved it i love your poems! haha they flow beautifully
