Did that man have any right
To rob that grocery store?
We should toss him into jail,
He can't steal anymore.
But what about his family,
Eager for him to bring dinner?
While they wait on his prologed return,
they'll just keep getting thinner.
And then you have one man in jail,
A wife and child dead.
Would he resort to stealing if
He could earn what he wanted?
When every job in town is filled
And homeless people walk the streets,
There's no such thing as an able man,
Not one that lives, talks, breathes, and eats.
