Broken heart

Did you ever think of me
when I thought of you?
Did you think it would be so easy to forget.
The love that kept me alive for 4 years.
Was the only love I ever believed in.
What was I supposed to do?
When i thought i would always be in love with you.
I just cant believe that this had to end like it did.
I didn't get to say good-bye
I just left because my heart was about to die.
I couldn't let the pain take over my heart...
I couldn't let my broken heart take over me.

    I know that's right, sometimes saying goodbye is so hard to do, but if we want to be sane we do what we have to do. We think our true loves will last forever, but when it's over, our loves change like the weather. What we do with the memories that are stored in our head, we try our hardest to forget, only we can't he will be forever embedded in our head. We don't want him to see the pain take over us, so we hide our feeling with a smile when we are filled with disgust. When we love, we love hard and when we fall, it takes a while to get back up.
