Life has a chain
it holds us back
it chains us down
and for me my chain is tangles
it has tangles and knots
and now i cant move
I'm lost
and i don't know where i am
my chain keeps tightening
around my throat
i cant breath
i say god why me
i don't know what to do
my chain
it hurts me now
when years ago
i was free
why didn't i notice it be for
why now
why dose it hurt
is there a way out?
a way out of the chain that holds me down
from the life i used to love
i miss the freedom
i miss the happiness
i miss the life i once knew
but now i have a new life
one that holds me as its prisoner
will i find a way out
i guess ill never know
the chain of life has a secret
one we'll never know
