What we were

We loved each other
Like no one could
We thought it would never end
It was just too good

We were passionate and faithful
He was much more than my friend
But what happened with him
This soon had to end

Then that one night
I just couldnt stand the pain
I left you so suddenly
As you watched me in the rain

You went home and cried
I was surprisingly well
As my life went on
Yours slowly fell

I made many friends
and they all care for me
While you left them behind
For that girl, Julie

So my life goes on great
I am single and free
But your loneliness is felt
and I cant help but wonder

Did all of this happen
Because of the best love of forever

    Omg i love this poem forreal cause you remind me of things me and my ex used to go through.... look i want you to pm me so we can tlk one day. just remeber i kno what your goin through the love of my life cheated on me so many times with the same girl and they wound up havin a kid together but now she is not in love wit him she is in love with somone else. and now he wonts me back and i have gave him so many chances so im not takin him back cause i kno he will just hurt me again. i stilll love him though just not as much. now i have a new guy who is awesome i hope you will find one like that one day...never give up keep tryin no mater what.
