Whisper The Words

What can I say...besides it's to late now...
I'm not broken and I can breath again somehow...
You thought I was lost in my past...
But it's only because life is going to fast...

Lets agree I blamed you for what an old love did...
My heart was bruised under a broken rib....
One thing I can say is that I never lied.....to you
Even after all the lies I've been told and what I've been through...

There's one thing I can say and it's that I really do care....
But loving you was to much to bear...
Lets break under are own selfish shadows...
And place it under the unknown files...

Love is something that isn't easily explained...
It causes so much pain....
But everyone thinks it's worth it.....even if it kills...
Love goes where theres no need for it or no will....

So what can I say???
While I'm hiding behide the shadow of yesterday??
Maybe theres more to this then one could ever see...
Maybe the only way I can be happy, is if you love me??

So as I sit here drowning in my tears...
Buried under all my fears...
will you put your arms around my broken soul...
And whisper the words I was never sure I'd know?
