In my mind
A shadow lies
In my heart
My world dies
In my arms
My love sighs
Staring at
The cloudy skies

In my arms
Cut and bruised
Lies a soul
Lost and confused
My wrists and hers
Long abused
Both of us
Drained and used

Headache pounds
In my mind
Blood drained
I go blind
Cant get up
Left behind
Cant remember
What I came to find

Down to rest
One more lain
No more tears
No more pain
I close my eyes
The darkness slain
In my arms
Once again
