Writers block

My head is confused, and I can't think straight
I want to get this done before it gets too late
I went to write, but I didn't have anything to say
Hopefully, I'll have more to write about later today

I don't like sitting here with a blank mind
If I keep struggling I'm gonna fall behind
I need something to write about before I go insane
I'm moving slower and slower in the fast lane

I see up ahead there is something in my way
I need words to appear, I need something to say
I'm stuck in a slump, I need a way out
I guess my mind is in an endless drought

    The poem is done really really good. I like it. Also its how i feel lol i been in a writers block for the longest. So it was like you read my mind kind of.
    It was described well and everything.

    Haha, this was so cute!! I hate hate HATE writer's block! I think you described how it is pretty well. The flow was good. I liked how your used long lines, I think they added to the poem. The rhyme was also good. I'm sure just about everyone on this site will be able to relate. Great job!
