Forbidden

From the first time I knew you,
I know you're the only one for me,
You always make my life complete,
And I always tried to compete.

When I met you
You turn my nights into days,
Nightmares into dreams,
I loved you,
And God knows its true.

It's you that's always in my psyche
Wishing you were mine.
But you said maybe it's not the time
Let's just wait for a while.

We've waited so long,
Hoping everything would be fine,
We did everything to make it work,
But it sounds as if things are getting worst.

It seems like everyone hinders us.
Everyone tries to rip us apart.
And now they're thriving,
But still not yet contented.

I find it thorny,
So I inquire myself,
Do I have to persist?
Coz I resist,
The fact that, I love you and you love me,
But still it's forbidden.
