This was also very sweet, but again, the flow was quite bad. In the last line I also believe that you meant to say "hear" instead of "here".
Also, one thing that sort of turned me off on this poem was that you use the same words alot, I know I do this sometime too, but it's better to use different words for the same thing in a poem, or else it can get sorta boring for the reader.
