I now realize is not true
Though I doubted it for so long

That boy i liked for almost a year

You were cute, smart, and kinda cool
But to fall for you, i was such a fool.

All the intelligent conversations we had
Proved to me you weren't too bad.
I liked your humor and common sense
But being around you made me tense.
As time passed i got to know you more
And i often wondered whats in store
I wasn't sure if you liked me too
All i knew was that i liked you.
You were my lab partner and my friend
But now my hopes have come to an end.
To move on, I will need my space
