When I hold you in my arms, So very close and tight. I think of our dear future, So promising and bright. To see you every morning, As your hair is in your eyes. While you lie there sleeping, And I watch the sun rise. While you cuddle with your blanket, With your near-death grip. As I push your hair aside, And passionately kiss your lips. You gently say Hey baby, As I pull you in so close. I love the way you love me, And everyday it grows. You gently rub my arm, And lovingly kiss my cheek. No matter what though, Everytime my knees get week. I lose all control, And rational thoughts. My love for you, Is all but lost.
