My world is spinning
Round and round
My heart explodes
But doesn't make a sound

I open my mouth
To scream in pain
But I can't make words
I'm going insane

Where did you go?
I thought you'd come back
You cleared my skies
Before painting them black

I guess it's a game
And that makes me the loser
You play the victim
While I play the accuser

You're just an innocent girl
You never did a thing
It was me that got my hopes up
That left my heart on a string

Don't take any blame
Because that would just be wrong
I'll take it all my love
So go ahead and run along

    I love this stanza, especially the ending line!

    The entire piece paints a picture of heartache. You've expressed your sadness with such deep emotion.

    I liked the flow and content and found it to be a great read.
    As soon as I read it the title "Blame Game" shot through my head.
