I'm kind of in the same situation..
I got told by this guy that he needed a break from me, needed to sort some things out in his life.. we didn't talk for like 4 months, when I do talk to him, I ask if he's ready to get back together cause I missed him so much, and hes like "can i tell you something" 'course I say yes, getting my hopes up that he's going to say he still loves me..

instead he tells me hes engaged to someone else, and she's already pregnant with his baby.. it hurt like all holy hell, but i told him congrats..

moral of my story is you'll make it, it might hurt right now, lord knows mine still does, but realize that there's better guys out there for you, and God is watching over you, you'll find the right guy soon..
